Edward Don & Company

Sysco Corporation announced it has agreed to acquire Edward Don & Company, a leading distributor of foodservice equipment, supplies, and disposables based in Chicago, IL, with approximately $1.3 billion in annual revenue. DON will operate as a standalone specialty division within Sysco.

Edward Don & Company, a nationwide distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies, announced the acquisition of Smith & Greene Company, a foodservice equipment and supplies provider based in Kent, Washington. Smith & Greene will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary under its existing leadership.
