SciCan

Coltene announced plans to acquire SciCan, a provider of infection-control products, and French dental instrument manufacturer Micro-Mega. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2018.

SciCan completed an 8,000 square foot expansion of its warehouse at its Don Mills manufacturing facility in Toronto, adding to its 25,000-square-foot facility. The expansion was completed in fall 2017.
