Flexpak LLC completed its acquisition of Katzke Packaging Co., a packaging distributor based in Aurora, Colorado, on 1 September 2023, backed by Shorehill Capital.

Flexpak LLC completed its acquisition of Preferred Packaging Products Inc., a packaging distributor based in Thornton, Colorado, effective February 1, 2023. The deal extends Flexpak's regional footprint to Colorado.

Shorehill Capital acquired an ownership interest in Triad Technologies, a Vandalia, Ohio distributor of industrial fluid power and automation products, alongside management and the Wissman family; terms were not disclosed.

Tribus Aerospace, backed by Shorehill Private Equity, has acquired Precision Aerospace Corp and its affiliate Precision Micro Mill LLC, Michigan-based aerospace parts manufacturers. The terms were not disclosed.
