Regal Beloit to acquire Nicotra Gebhardt fan and blower maker for $154M
Regal Beloit agreed to acquire Italy's Nicotra Gebhardt S.p.A., a fan and blower manufacturer with about $150 million in annual revenue, for approximately 125 million euros or $154 million, with closing expected by the end of Q2 2018.
