Alageum Electric to build transformer plant in Shymkent, Kazakhstan
Alageum Electric, through its subsidiary Asia Trafo, will build a new transformer factory in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, costing 17.9 billion KZT. The project is financed by the Development Bank of Kazakhstan and BRK-Leasing, and will create up to 220 jobs. Construction is to be completed in Q3 2018.
