Trane Technologies acquired XYZ Company, a provider of Thermo King parts, service, and equipment sales, on February 5, 2026, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition strengthens Trane's position in the refrigerated transportation segment.

Trane Technologies has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire LiquidStack, a global leader in liquid cooling technology for data centers headquartered in Carrollton, Texas. The acquisition will scale LiquidStack's direct-to-chip and immersion cooling solutions globally.
