Mayville Engineering Company announced a definitive agreement to acquire Mid-States Aluminum Corp. for approximately $96 million. The acquisition is expected to close in Q3 2023.

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. completed the acquisition of privately held Mid-States Aluminum on July 1, 2023. MSA is a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of custom aluminum extrusions and fabrications, with 2022 revenue of approximately $86 million.

Mayville Engineering Company (MEC) announced a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Mid-States Aluminum Corp., expanding its capabilities in lightweight materials. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to MEC's EPS, Adjusted EBITDA and Free Cash Flow at closing.

Mid-States Aluminum broke ground on a $20 million investment project to purchase a new extrusion press line and upgrade its facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, adding 36 new jobs.

Mid-States Aluminum will invest $20 million to purchase a new 3,100-ton extrusion press line and expand its Fond du Lac, Wisconsin facility by 36,000 square feet, creating 36 new jobs.
