Cummins-Wagner finalized its acquisition of F.R. Mahony & Associates, a Rockland, Massachusetts water and wastewater manufacturer's representative and distributor, effective October 29, 2020. All FRMA employees transferred to Cummins-Wagner's employee stock ownership plan.
Cummins-Wagner Co., a mid-Atlantic industrial process equipment distributor, agreed to acquire the operating assets of EESCO Pump & Valve, a Baltimore service and machine shop. The deal was expected to close by October 2017.
