SIIC Environment Holdings (Weifang) Co Ltd

SIIC Environment Holdings' subsidiaries signed a concessionary arrangement with the government of Zaozhuang City, Shandong, for the Yicheng Expansion Project, expanding a wastewater-treatment plant with a daily capacity of 60,000 tonnes. The concession period is 30 years.

SIIC Environment Holdings, through its subsidiary, agreed to acquire a 52% stake in Dalian Ziguang Water Treatment Co Ltd from Thunip Corp Ltd and Zhang Li for 108.48 million yuan. The target operates the Tiger Beach Water Treatment Project in Dalian, China, which is being expanded from 80,000 to 90,000 tonnes/day and upgraded.
