Premium AEROTEC, an aerostructures supplier, acquired APWORKS, a metal 3D printing company previously a subsidiary of Airbus, to combine additive manufacturing expertise for aerospace clients.

APWorks, a subsidiary of Airbus, formed a partnership with Toyal to accelerate production and distribution of its patented aluminum alloy Scalmalloy. Toyal will help produce the alloy, develop its composition and process, and distribute the material.
