Quality Circular Polymers

LyondellBasell entered into a definitive agreement to purchase a 50% stake in Quality Circular Polymers (QCP), a plastics recycling company in the Netherlands, becoming a 50/50 partner with SUEZ. The deal value was not disclosed.
