Sinoma Energy Conservation

Five indirect subsidiaries of China National Building Material (Kuqa Tianshan, Fuyun Tianshan, Ruoqiang Tianshan, Kezhou Tianshan, Turpan Tianshan) each signed agreements to acquire waste heat power generation assets from Sinoma Energy Conservation and its subsidiaries via asset transfer.

Sinoma Energy Conservation (中材节能) received a letter of award from D.G. Khan Cement Company for a cement kiln waste heat power generation and captive power plant EPC project in Pakistan, valued at $32.5 million.

National Cement Co Ltd (Devki Group) awarded Sinoma Energy Conservation a contract to build a waste-heat power project at its Athi River cement plant and a power unit for its steel processing factory in Mombasa, with a total investment of KES25.5bn (US$251m) and capacity of 53.5MW.

Sinoma Energy Conservation (中材节能) received a Letter of Acceptance from Union Cement Company (UCC) for a cement kiln waste heat power generation EPC project in the UAE. The contract value is $22.2 million.

Sinoma Energy Conservation won a contract worth about $20.37 million for cement kiln waste heat power generation EPC projects at VCM Cement and SG Cement in Vietnam.
