Beijer Ref's proposed acquisition of Tecsa (Pty) Ltd, a South African refrigeration wholesaler, has been cleared by South African competition authorities. The purchase price is expected to be between SEK255m and SEK300m (€26.6m to €31.3m).

Beijer Ref acquires TecsaReco refrigeration wholesaler in South Africa
Beijer Ref AB has entered into an agreement to acquire the business of Tecsa (Pty) Ltd, trading as TecsaReco, a South African wholesaler of commercial and domestic refrigeration and air conditioning products, for a purchase price of SEK 255-300 million. The takeover is scheduled for March 1, 2018.
