Pioneer Natural Resources

Jacobs contracted with Pioneer Natural Resources to expand the City of Midland, Texas' Water Pollution Control Plant in a public-private partnership. Pioneer will provide approximately $134 million for upgrades, gaining access to reclaimed water for oilfield operations.

Pioneer Natural Resources partnered with the cities of Midland and Odessa, Texas, to reuse treated wastewater. Pioneer will provide $115 million in upgrades to Midland's water treatment plant and a $117 million funding stream for Odessa, constructing one of the largest HDPE water pipelines in West Texas.
