Kelvin Group, backed by Southfield Capital, acquired PermaCold Engineering Inc. of Portland, Oregon, marking its entry into the Pacific Northwest and its tenth-plus acquisition since 2017.

Kelvin Group, through its RD&S business unit, acquired Dahms Refrigeration Services (DRS), a regional industrial and commercial refrigeration services provider based in Norristown, Pennsylvania. This is Kelvin's eleventh acquisition since partnering with Southfield Capital.

Refrigeration Design and Service (RD&S), a portfolio company of Kelvin Group and Southfield Capital, completed the acquisition of Dahms Refrigeration Services, a contracting firm in Norristown, Pennsylvania specializing in industrial and commercial refrigeration services.

Kelvin Group, backed by Southfield Capital, completed the acquisition of RC&E, Inc., a provider of refrigeration and HVAC services to the food and beverage industry. This is Kelvin Group's tenth acquisition, expanding its presence into Texas and the Midwest.

The Kelvin Group, a newly formed parent company, acquired Refrigeration Design & Service Inc., an industrial refrigeration services and design/build provider based in metropolitan Philadelphia.

American Refrigeration Company (ARC), an independent commercial and industrial mechanical services company, acquired Global Mechanical Services, a provider of commercial mechanical services including HVAC, controls, and refrigeration. The acquisition enhances ARC's HVAC design, installation, and service capabilities in New England.

American Refrigeration Company (ARC) acquired Capitol Engineering Co, a regional leader in commercial/industrial HVAC systems. The acquisition was announced on February 9, 2021. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Southfield Capital acquired American Refrigerator Company (ARC), the largest independent industrial refrigeration service company in New England. Abacus Finance Group provided $20.5 million in senior secured credit facilities to support the buy.
