Brikston Construction Solutions SA

Private equity fund CEECAT Capital sold Brikston Construction Solutions S.A., a Romanian masonry and finishing materials producer, to Austrian group Leier. The transaction was finalized in 2018.

Private equity fund ADM Capital and Wienerberger AG have cancelled the agreement to sell ADM Capital's full shareholding in Brikston Construction Solutions to Wienerberger, originally signed in October 2017.

Wienerberger has agreed to acquire 98.3% of Romanian brick producer Brikston Construction Solutions SA from ADM Capital. Brikston operates a plant in Iasi with a capacity of 200 million NF units. The transaction is subject to antitrust approval.
