Seqirus

Seqirus, a CSL subsidiary, announced a $140 million expansion of its Holly Springs manufacturing facility in North Carolina to increase capacity for formulation, fill and finish of cell-based and adjuvanted influenza vaccines. The expansion will create 120 permanent jobs and is expected to be complete by 2020.

Seqirus announced a major investment to build a new fill-and-finish facility at its Liverpool manufacturing site, creating 88 new high-tech jobs. The facility will bring in-house the filling of adjuvanted influenza vaccine, currently done by a contract manufacturer in Italy.
