Corin Group, backed by Permira funds, signed a binding agreement to acquire OMNI Orthopaedics Inc., a US-based pioneer in robotic-assisted total knee replacement. The deal includes OMNI's OMNIBotics platform.

With the support of private equity firm Permira Funds, Corin acquired Australia-based Global Orthopaedic Technology.

Corin, backed by Permira, signed a binding agreement to acquire Global Orthopaedic Technology (GOT), the largest Australian-based orthopaedic implant designer and manufacturer. The acquisition strengthens Corin's position in the hip and knee joint replacement market.

Corin, a global orthopaedic manufacturer, announced a joint venture agreement with Ossis, a New Zealand-based implant maker, to deliver personalised reconstructive solutions for complex revision surgery and tumour resection.
