Innergex Renewable Energy

Innergex and Hydro-Québec jointly acquired the 60 MW Curtis Palmer run-of-river hydroelectric portfolio in New York for US$310 million upfront cash, plus an earn-out. Each will own 50%.

Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. will acquire all outstanding shares of Alterra Power Corp. for $1.1 billion, including debt assumption. The deal adds eight operating projects and a development pipeline.
