Cadwell Industries acquired the SleepMate line of sleep diagnostic sensors from Ambu A/S. The deal includes the SleepMate portfolio of sensors for in-lab and at-home sleep testing.

Ambu Inc. announced it has been granted a national single-use endoscopy contract with a major U.S. Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). The contract gives Ambu a sole position in single-use bronchoscopes and single-use rhinolaryngoscopes, effective through November 2023, serving 160 acute care hospitals and over 2,600 total sites across 20+ states.

Ambu Inc. has been awarded a single-use endoscopy contract with Premier Inc., effective November 1, 2020. The three-year agreement creates a single-use endoscopy category for Premier's membership, covering Ambu's full suite of endoscopy products.

Ambu entered into a partnership with Fuel Medical Group to combine marketing and strategy services with Fuel Medical's single-use endoscope technologies. Financial details were not disclosed.

Ambu acquired invendo medical, entering the market of 70 million gastro procedures annually.
