Jiangsu Yoke Technology

Jiangsu Yoke Technology's unit S&Y International signed a contract worth CNY104 million ($15.5 million) with Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding to supply reinforced polyurethane insulation panels for LNG tankers. The two also agreed to collaborate on liquid cargo containment systems.

Jiangsu Yoke Technology and Jaewon Industrial signed an MoU to invest around USD260 million in a Chinese joint venture in Yixing, Jiangsu, to build three factories producing electronic chemicals for semiconductors and display panels. A second joint venture will be based in South Korea.
