Zochem

Zochem announced plans to expand its Dickson, Tennessee facility with a $7 million investment, adding a fourth low-carbon muffle furnace that will increase zinc oxide capacity by 15,000 metric tons. The new furnace is expected to be operational by mid-2023.

Zinc Oxide LLC has acquired Zochem, a subsidiary of American Zinc Recycling LLC. The combined company becomes the largest zinc oxide producer in North America with expected 2017 sales of approximately $250 million.
