Galfab

Cargotec's subsidiary Hiab acquired American manufacturer of hooklifts and related equipment Galfab.

Hiab, part of Cargotec, has agreed to acquire Galfab, a US manufacturer of roll-off hoists and related waste equipment based in Winamac, Indiana. The acquisition broadens Hiab's demountable portfolio and includes Galfab's facilities in Phoenix and Houston.

Mosaic Capital Partners structured and funded an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) buyout of Galfab, a manufacturer of waste hauling equipment with locations in Indiana and Arizona. Galfab became an independent, employee-owned company.
