Deschenes Group acquires Corix Water Products, entering U.S. market
Deschenes Group Inc. acquired Corix Water Products, a division of Corix Infrastructure, effective January 1, 2018. The deal adds 55 sales outlets, including 12 in the U.S., and pushes Deschenes past the billion-dollar sales mark.
