Kosei Aluminium

Uno Minda Group commissioned a new alloy wheel plant in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, operated by Minda Kosei Aluminum Wheels Ltd. The plant has an installed capacity of 60,000 wheels per month, expandable to 120,000, and represents an investment of Rs 350 crore. It will create over 450 jobs.

UNO Minda Group is expanding manufacturing capacity in Gujarat, India, with four new greenfield plants for lighting, airbags, alloy wheels, blow molding parts and four-wheeler switches, and also investing in a new facility in Mexico for horns. Total investments are pegged at Rs 600 crore.
