Cambrex

Cambrex acquired Halo Pharma, a contract development and manufacturing organization, from SK Capital in Q3 2018 for $425 million.

Cambrex has completed installation of new large scale manufacturing capacity at its Karlskoga, Sweden site, including multi-purpose reactors and a hydrogenation reactor, and is undertaking a multi-year project to build a waste water treatment plant with a 30.5M SEK ($3.5M) investment.
