Hans Damm Research A/S, the parent company of the DAMM group, acquires Delfi Electronics ApS, Delfi Solutions A/S and Protec Electronics ApS, all based in Sønderborg, Denmark. The acquisition is part of a split of Delfi Tech Manufacturing Ltd.'s business activities between its two main shareholders.
