KARL MAYER entered into a joint venture with Rabatex Industries and A.T.E. Group to form KARL MAYER Textile Machinery India Private Limited, majority owned by KARL MAYER, to enhance distribution in the Indian textile machinery market.

A.T.E. has partnered with Godrej Consoveyo Logistics Automation (GCLA) to promote GCLA's automated intra-logistics solutions in India, effective from March 2018, targeting the textile and other industries.

HUBER SE and A.T.E. Group signed a joint venture agreement to form A.T.E. HUBER Envirotech Private Ltd. HUBER has a 30% minority stake. The JV will manufacture HUBER products in Vasai, Maharashtra, for India and Bangladesh markets.
