Punjab Pakora

Punjab Pakora, a family Indian foods firm in Ayr, Scotland, has secured a £1.75 million contract with Aldi for curry ready meals and pakora, covering 75 stores initially and expanding UK-wide. The deal follows a move to larger premises and has increased the workforce from 25 to 40.
