Hasa, Inc.

GHK Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Hasa, Inc., a California-based manufacturer and distributor of water treatment chemicals. Terms were not disclosed.

Hasa, Inc. announced plans to build a state-of-the-art packaging and distribution facility in the greater San Diego area, and will acquire certain assets from Abcana Industries. The facility is expected to be operational by Q4 2019.

Hasa, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, acquired Inter Valley Pool Supply, a packager and distributor of water treatment chemicals based in Pomona, California.

An affiliate of private equity firm Peak Rock Capital acquired Hasa, Inc., a producer and distributor of water treatment products, on September 12, 2017. The deal value was not disclosed.
