Nishio Rent All

North Fork Group, the Australian subsidiary of Nishio Rent All, acquired the assets and business operations of Lencrow Forklifts, a forklift hire, sales and service provider. The acquisition adds a rental fleet of over 3,500 forklifts.

Fork Force Australia has entered into a partnership with Nishio Rent All, the ninth-largest equipment rental company in the world. The partnership will support Fork Force's growth in Australia and Southeast Asia.

Nishio Rent All decided to acquire shares of North Fork Pty Ltd, the holding company of Fork Force Australia and Forklift Network, making it a subsidiary. Fork Force Group sells and rents forklifts.
