Sonadrill Holding, a 50/50 joint venture between Seadrill and Sonangol, secured a 12-well contract worth approximately $131 million for the Sonangol Quenguela drillship in Angola, with commencement expected in Q1 2022.

Seadrill Limited secured a four-year firm contract with Equinor Brazil for the West Saturn drillship to work on the Bacalhau field in Brazil. The firm portion is valued at about $380 million, with commencement expected in Q1 2022.

Vår Energi signed frame agreements with Apply and Aker Solutions for modifications and maintenance support on its operated assets, covering operation, maintenance, modification and engineering services for three years with options for two additional years.

Sonadrill Holding Ltd., a joint venture between Seadrill and Sonangol, has secured a nine-well contract offshore Angola for the drillship Libongos, with an estimated total value of $101 million.

Seadrill secured three new rig contracts with total value of about $89M: West Phoenix with Equinor in UK/Norway ($51M), West Castor with Staatsolie in Suriname ($25M), and West Callisto extension with Saudi Aramco ($13M).

Semco Maritime won a contract to upgrade Seadrill's West Elara jackup rig at its Hanøytangen yard in Bergen, Norway, to prepare it for a ConocoPhillips contract in the North Sea starting in 2018.
