Evolution Mining has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Glencore's 100% interest in Ernest Henry Mining, owner of the Ernest Henry copper-gold mine in Queensland, Australia, for A$1 billion.

PYBAR has been awarded a 12-month contract by Evolution Mining for underground exploration decline development and diamond drilling at the Cowal Gold Operations in West Wyalong, Australia. The contract starts March 1, 2019, and will employ 37 personnel.

Evolution Mining has taken delivery of a new Liebherr R 9400 mining excavator at its Lake Cowal gold operation in New South Wales, Australia. The machine was commissioned over five weeks.
