AST Kunststoffverarbeitung acquires majority stake in Euromouldings
AST Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH of Erndtebrück, Germany, has acquired a majority stake in Dutch plastic drum and canister maker Euromouldings in Nijverdal from Wadinko NV, effective retroactively from December.
