Strata-G Solutions

The Aleut Corporation announced the acquisition of Strata-G Solutions, Inc., a Huntsville, Alabama-based design engineering and integrated hardware manufacturing company, as a wholly owned subsidiary.

Strata-G Solutions, Inc. acquired Huntsville, Alabama-based WestWind Technologies, Inc. and WestWind Aerospace, Inc. to expand its federal and DOD manufacturing capacity.

Strata-G Solutions signed a definitive agreement to acquire WestWind Technologies and WestWind Aerospace. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2017.
