Ovivo Inc. signed a licensing and investment agreement with Cembrane A/S for Silicon Carbide Flat Plate Membrane technology. Ovivo gains exclusive rights to market the technology to the electronics market globally and to North American municipal and industrial markets, and took a minority stake in Cembrane.

Cembrane A/S and Cerafiltec FZE entered into a strategic alliance agreement to pursue drinking and wastewater treatment opportunities in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia.
