Brookfield to buy nVent's thermal management business for $1.7 billion
Brookfield Asset Management agreed to buy nVent Electric's thermal management segment, including the Raychem and Tracer brands, for a cash price of $1.7 billion. The deal is expected to close by early 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.

Brookfield to buy 75% stake in Schoeller Allibert from JPMorgan Chase
Brookfield Asset Management's private equity group agreed to acquire a 75% interest in Dutch returnable plastic packaging maker Schoeller Allibert Group for about EUR 205 million (about USD 245 million), buying it from JPMorgan Chase. The Schoeller family keeps 25%.
