Kaprain Group to acquire Synthesia, Mafra and LONDA from Agrofert
Kaprain investment group has agreed to acquire 100% of Synthesia chemical enterprise, Mafra and LONDA from Agrofert, subject to antitrust approval. The deal will strengthen Kaprain's position in the European specialty chemicals market.
