Federal Pump

Penn Pump and Equipment, a Peak Capital company, has acquired Pennsylvania-based Alyan Pump and New York-based Federal Pump, makers of packaged and booster pump systems. The deal expands Penn Pump's product portfolio and engineering capabilities.

PumpMan Holdings, a Soundcore Capital Partners portfolio company, completed the acquisition of the assets of Brooklyn-based Federal Pump, which manufactures pump systems and provides service and repair in New York City.
