Gate Precast

AltusGroup member Wells has acquired GATE Precast, expanding to more than 20 locations and 14 manufacturing facilities across the United States.

Gate Precast has acquired the assets of DEX Industries, creating a new division 'DEX by Gate' that will operate within Gate's Atlanta facility, adding ultra-high-performance concrete and terrazzo capabilities.

Gate Precast broke ground on a new structural precast concrete plant near its existing Hillsboro, Texas facility, to produce components for structural garage construction, with completion and operation expected by January 2018.
