Guardian Glass

Guardian Glass will invest in a new float glass production line at its Bascharage site in Luxembourg, replacing an existing furnace. The new furnace is expected to be operational in 2023.

Guardian Glass will supply over 1.3 million square feet of glass panels for the Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia, the world's tallest building, to be completed in 2019.

Guardian Glass announced an investment to build a new furnace for flat glass production at its Porto Real unit in Brazil. Construction starts September 5, 2017, with completion expected in December 2017, generating 600 temporary jobs and increasing daily production capacity from 600,000 to 780,000 tons.
