Beijing OriginWater Technology signed a share subscription agreement with China Urban-Rural Holdings, a subsidiary of CCCC, which will become OriginWater's controlling shareholder through voting rights delegation and a private placement.

Lafarge Malaysia has won a US$68.9 million contract from China Communications Construction to supply cement for the East Coast Rail Link project in Malaysia. The contract runs until the end of 2019 with options for renewal.
