Cathelco

Evac, a provider of waste and water management systems, is to acquire Cathelco, a manufacturer of marine and offshore equipment including ballast water treatment systems. Cathelco's sales turnover was EUR 31 million in 2016/2017.

BAE Systems has awarded 14 companies contracts to deliver manufacturing materials for the first three Type 26 warships, supporting approximately 550 UK jobs.
