Hatzel & Buehler has acquired the assets of Silas Bolef Company, a provider of electrical construction services in the Delaware Valley area.

Hatzel & Buehler, Inc. acquired the assets of J.P. Rainey & Company, Inc., an electrical services provider for health care facilities in the Philadelphia area. The deal adds health care clients such as Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Main Line Health Systems.

Hatzel & Buehler's Delaware Office was awarded an electrical contract for Chester County Hospital's 250,000 square foot expansion, including a new electrical service distribution system and backup generator.
