Guangdong Investment, through its subsidiaries Guangdong Water (Hong Kong) and Guangdong Water Shares, invested RMB 1.638 billion and RMB 66.8879 million respectively to acquire a combined 51% stake in Shantou Water Supply Company. After the transaction, Guangdong Water (Hong Kong) holds 49%, Guangdong Water Shares holds 2%, and Shantou City Construction holds 49%.
