Emerald Transformer

Construction is underway for a new Emerald Transformer factory in Waco, Texas, on a five-acre site. The facility is anticipated to open in the first quarter of 2023 and will handle single-phase and three-phase transformer repair.

Emerald Transformer, a division of Versatile Processing Group, acquired the Transformer Services group of Clean Harbors Inc. The acquisition expands Emerald's national footprint to 10 locations across the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
