Weihua Group

Weihua Group invested RMB 100 million to register a subsidiary, Henan Weihua Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., specializing in material conveying machinery, bucket wheel machines, and mining machinery. The subsidiary was officially approved in April 2019.

Weihua completed the installation and commissioning of 4 large-span gantry cranes for Elsewedy Electric at the Attaqa power station in Suez, Egypt. The cranes are used for maintenance services of Siemens thermal power plant turbine generator sets.

Weihua Group and Shenyang Weide Construction Industry Modernization Technology Group (Weide Group) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on December 14, 2017, to collaborate in the field of prefabricated buildings and related products, technology, R&D and manufacturing.

Weihua Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing ABB Electric Transmission Company on August 17, 2017, to collaborate on technology exchanges, joint research, and special equipment manufacturing.

Weihua Group and Siemens (China) signed a strategic partnership agreement on November 22, 2016, to create an innovation platform for intelligent lifting control systems, focusing on full-automatic port and railway freight centers.
