Nexam Chemical acquires Plasticolor Sweden masterbatch maker in Lomma
Lund-based Nexam Chemical agreed to buy all shares of privately owned masterbatch and additives maker Plasticolor Sweden AB in Lomma for SEK 116 million. The deal gives Nexam production capacity and new market segments.
