Ardiden Ltd executed a conditional binding term sheet with Yantai Jinyuan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd for a Build-Operate-Transfer agreement to design, build, operate and transfer a lithium concentrate processing facility at the Seymour Lake Lithium Project in Ontario, Canada. Yantai will provide 50% of project funding and facilitate a 5-year off-take agreement for up to 5,000 tonnes per annum of lithium concentrate.
