ERMCO will invest $12 million to expand its manufacturing operations in Dyersburg, Tennessee, adding a third building and 8,000 square feet. The expansion will create 150 jobs over five years.

Electric Research and Manufacturing Cooperative, Inc (ERMCO) announced a definitive agreement to acquire GridBridge Corporation, a power delivery systems company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
